Phil Libin '89

Phil Libin is an entrepreneur and innovator, currently serving as the CEO of All Turtles, an Artificial Intelligence studio. He is a partner at General Catalyst Partners and the former CEO and Executive Chairman of Evernote. In 2008, Libin co-founded Evernote, a platform designed to take notes, make lists, and maximize organization. The company grew to have more than 150 million users and a $1 billion valuation while Libin served as CEO, a position he stepped down from in 2015. Later that year, he joined General Catalyst Partners, a venture capitalist firm, with the goal of investing in companies that developed bots, tools that use conversational artificial intelligence to help find information and solve problems online. In 2017, Libin founded All Turtles, a startup studio with a focus on artificial intelligence. Libin’s goal when founding this company was to facilitate the growth of small AI firms that would make solving everyday problems easier.
