The Bronx Science Speech & Debate Team had a Magnificent Showing at the NYCFL P.S. 95 Fall Classic

At the NYCFL P.S. 95 Fall Classic on November 2, 2019, the team earned a third-place sweepstakes award. Click the headline to read about the team's successes.


Adam Osman-Krinsky ('21) championed the Dramatic Performance category and earned a qualification to the New York State Forensic League State Championship.

In Varsity Oral Interpretation, Charlie Valencia ('20) placed 3rd and earned a qualification to the New York State Forensic League State Championship.   

In Declamation, Juliet Garon ('23) placed 7th and earned a qualification to the New York State Forensic League State Championship. 

In Original Oratory, Meg Nelson ('21) placed 4th. 

In Varsity Extemporaneous Speaking, Owen Tumer ('20) placed 4th.

In Congressional Debate, Jonathan Bar-On ('20) placed 5th and earned a qualification to the New York State Forensic League State Championship. Zoe Cooper ('20) placed 12th, Samantha Chklovskii ('23) placed 14th, Ria Anandjee ('22) placed 15th, Kellen Knight ('21) placed 17th and Steven Teh ('23) placed 18th.
